29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a. On or about 04/12/2018, at the rear of the warehouse - employees were exposed to emergency and fire related hazards, in that, the designated exit doors were closed and locked and had a door knob and a dead bolt. In addition, the path was blocked using a plastic chain.
