29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented.                                                                                                            The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with siding a home while working off of the roof of a new residential home without fall protection.  The most recent occurrence of this was evident on April 12, 2018 during the inspection of the job site located at 19012 Ridgemont St. Gretna, NE where the employer has an employee siding the back side of the home while standing on the deck roof without fall protection and the ground to eave is greater than 6 feet.
