Brunswick, Ohio 44212; employees were using a nail gun to install roof shingles and the employer did not ensure employees wore eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 13, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 15 feet 8 inches. The employees were installing roofing materials on an existing commercial building located at 2850 Center Rd. Brunswick, OH 44212. The employees were working on all areas of the roof without using any form of fall protection. Lincoln Restoration Group, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203455, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/9/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1317 Dover Rd. Medina, Ohio 44256.
