29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift.  An employee engaged in painting on an exterior sign with the use of an articulating boom at the location of 4705 10th Street in Great Bend KS, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the concrete below. The employee was exposed in that a body belt/harness and lanyard were not used to anchor onto the basket.
