29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: a) On or about 4/10/18 at a roofing project located at 7992 Transit Road, Williamsville, New York; employees were installing roofing and trim along the parapet of a strip plaza. The employer was utilizing a monitoring system but was not using warning lines in the work areas. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
