29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. Dock Area - On or about April 13, 2018, the south side exit door was not able to be opened from the inside at all times because it had a chain and carabiner/d ring affixed to it. Certification, with date and method of abatement required. Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be submitted within (10) calendar days after the abatement date.
