The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:   On or about April 12, 2018, at a new building construction site located at 4101 S. 113th West Ave. Sand Springs, OK, employees were allowed to work in the basket if an aerial lift without fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls.
