C Line, Press 1:  The Speedaire air carry tank provided under Press 1 did not have an ASME placard and the pressure relief device provided by the manufacturer had been removed to install air hose.  Also, a black tank mounted on the rear of the press was not provided with a pressure relief valve.    F.  A Line, Press 1:  The Speedaire tank provided under Press 1 was not constructed in accordance with ASME codes and was not provided with a pressure relief valve.  G.  Insert Press:  The flat ended air tank provided on the side of the press was not provided with an ASME plate or a pressure relief valve.    H.  Step-down press:  The air tank provided on this Bliss power press was not provided with a pressure relief valve.
