29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 04/13/18, Nathaniel Poole Trail, in Brockport, New York, employees working on a steep roof (new install)with a slope/pitch of 6/12, were not protected from falling 12 feet to ground level with fall protection.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about 04/13/18, Nathaniel Poole Trail, in Brockport, New York, a ladder in use did not extend at least 3 feet above the roof landing where workers were installing roof sheathing and performing framing work.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
