29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Worksite, 240 Dow Avenue, Mineola, NY: An Employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards while holding a metal ladder. A second employee was standing on the ladder while tree trimming and contacted the energized overhead power lines; on or about 4/14/18. NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
