29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At a residential construction site located at 3605, 3625 Nocona Parkway in Columbia MO 65201: Employees were exposed to harmful chemicals that could cause injuries and/or illnesses in that the employer had not developed, or implemented, a written hazard communication program. This was demonstrated at the residential construction site when 3 employees were dispensing gasoline for use in powering a air compressor for the pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At a residential construction site located at 3605, 3625 Nocona Parkway in Columbia MO 65201: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees had not been trained on the recognition of fall hazards and the methods necessary to protect employees. One employee was observed wearing a full-body harness but was not secured by a lanyard and rope.
