OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On or about April 11, 2018 and times prior to, employees were exposed to burn hazards while cleaning the drains in front of the Cleveland kettle Model Number KGL-100 containing up to 100 gallons of chicken or beef stock at 200 degrees Fahrenheit that can tip over.
