29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): The employer did not ensure all surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    (a) Yankton County Historical Society, Inc. at 82 Michelson Drive, Yankton, SD 57078: On and about and at times prior to April 17, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from hazards associated with lead exposure in that the door knob, sink faucet handles, and employee storage lockers were not maintained as free as practicable of the accumulation of lead dust. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with lead exposure.
