29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- Residential Roof: Employees engaged in sheathing activities on an 8 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 04/17/2018. W.H.N. Roofing & Siding Co was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 10009595 and 986861. In regards to Inspection Number 986861, Citation # 01, Item # 02, was affirmed on 10/02/2014 to a workplace located at 541 Nordhoff Drive, Leonia, NJ 07605. In regards to Inspection Number 1009595, Citation # 02, Item # 01, was issued on 01/13/2015 to a work place located at 1240 River Road, Edgewater NJ 07020 .
