29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle:    Shipping area of GP Precision at 434 Sand Shore Road in Hackettstown NJ 07840: The Yale electric ride-on forklift had a missing fork retaining pin / top clip, which was noted on inspection checklists dating to 3 months prior without repair / replacement being done.  The retaining pin secures the fork in place to  the laterally to the carriage on which its mounted and slides, preventing injury from the fork sliding off the end of the carriage and striking an employee or loss of load.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 4.16.2018.
