29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about April 17, 2018, at Mele Printing Co. LLC, the employer failed to ensure that handy boxes were used in the manner in which it was intended. Employees were allowed to utilize the handy boxes as a power source for Kodak Printers. This condition exposed employees to an electrical hazard.
