29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed:   A.)  Dean Dairy LLC dba Meadow Brook Dairy - On or about 4/18/18, and at times prior thereto, periodic inspections of the lockout/tagout procedures were not being performed with all authorized employees.  Employees perform servicing and maintenance on equipment, including, but not limited to, conveyors, silo agitators, and boiler components.
