29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffold(s) and scaffold(s) component(s) were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: JOB SITE 109 Frick Lane, Washington, MO 63090, on or about 4/17/2018, employees working from a JLG Aerial Platform Lift, MODEL: 2630ES, S/N: 1200002182, approximately 15 feet above ground level, were removing electrical cables and laid them across the 30 wide lift basket. The weight of the cables and two (2) workers exceeded the maximum 500lb load capacity.
