A written hazard communication program had not been developed or implemented.  Hazardous chemicals such as Home Store All-Purpose Cleaner, Home Store Glass Cleaner and dish soap were used by employees.   in the alternative;  29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(4): The employer did not make the written hazard communication program available upon request to the Assistant Secretary and the Director  in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020(e):  894 S M-291 Highway, Liberty, MO; Employees engaged in cleaning the store restroom were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. A written hazard communication program was not made available on April 18, 2018 upon request by an OSHA compliance officer nor after a request made on April 24, 2018.
