Federal Blvd., Denver, CO 80202: On and before April 18, 2018, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person. This condition resulted in subcontractor employee exposure to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet due to inadequate fall protective measures.
