29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied:    a)  At the jobsite, in the basement, on or about 3/29/18:  There was no available means of egress from the street side unit without passing between studded walls.       b)  At the jobsite, on the main floor, on or about 3/29/18:  The means of egress from the street side of the building would require jumping down from the platform (greater than 8 feet to grade) where there are no stairs and no ladder.
