29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to ensure that an employee was protected from fall hazards. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 340 E 24th St., Columbus, Nebraska 68601 on or about April 19, 2018. Two employees were in a GMC mobile lift truck without wearing fall restraint.

This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 340 E 24th St., Columbus, Nebraska 68601 on or about April 19, 2018. Two employees were in a GMC mobile lift truck basket that exceeded the maximum load capacity of 350 pounds.
