29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were not made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) The demolition site: On April 16, 2018, frequent and regular inspections of the job sites were not made by a competent person. The designated competent person was not competent in that he did not know the requirements of 1926 Subpart M, including the requirement for fall protection at all times when working on surfaces six feet or more above a lower level.
