29 CFR 1910.119(e)(5): The employer did not assure that PHA recommendations were resolved in a timely manner:    a) Ammonia Tank Area -  On or about May 9, 2018, the employer failed to complete in a timely manner the required documentation for the May 2015 PHA recommendation, regarding placement of emergency fogging system nozzles above the ammonia tank, vaporizer, and unloading valve areas.    Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
