ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Weatherproof Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975709 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2895 Point Township Dr, Northumberland, PA 17857. Weatherproof Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995867, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 406 Locust Lane, Danville, PA.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) At 100 Laney Street, Mifflinburg, PA: Employees used a 20 foot Werner ladder to access a residential roof and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet nor were the side rails tied off, exposing the employee to a fall hazard from a ladder, on or about April 20, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Weatherproof Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975709 citation number 1 item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2895 Point Township Dr, Northumberland, PA 17857.
