29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: On or about April 20, 2018, at the above addressed site, an employee performing soffit work from the basket of an aerial lift was exposed to a fall hazard prior to being provided with training that would enable him to recognize the hazards associated with falls while using the lift.
