29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: Area behind VP1 and VP2: On or about 4/20/18, an employee working in the area behind the VP1 and VP2 production lines was exposed to a slip, trip, and fall hazard from accumulations of concrete, various pieces of equipment, and debris in the pathway between the rear wall and the production line equipment.
