29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) On or about April 20, 2018, at the job site located at 1568 Sparrow Lane, Richardson, TX, employees framing a new residential single family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level. ISAIAS GUILLEN FRAME WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1270620, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 THAT WAS ISSUED ON OCTOBER 27, 2017 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3445 FOXBORO, RICHARDSON, TX 75082. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS NOVEMBER 21, 2017
