29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) On or about April 20, 2018, employees installing siding to a single family residential home located at 7925 Sunflower Lane, Richardson, TX were exposed to fall hazards while working from at least two (2) pump jack scaffolds. Employees were not protected by the use of a personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
