US Hwy 84, Gatesville, Texas, the employer did not ensure that exit doors were mark with an exit sign:    a)  The main entrance door had no EXIT door signs. b)  In machine shop area south door had no EXIT door signs.

In the machine shop, employees using 2 Baldor floor mounted bench sanders did not have guards attached were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards.
