29 CFR 1926.502(j)(1): Toe boards were not erected along the edge of the overhead walking/working surface for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: a) Quantico Marine Base: On or about 04/18/2018, toe boards were not provided around the second floor lobby area and stairway to prevent objects from possibly striking employees below. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
