29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On or about April 17, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof seven employees were observed moving and installing roof trusses and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees moving the roof trusses were exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard and the employees installing the roof trusses were exposed to a 15-feet fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) On or about April 17, 2018: seven employees were observed performing framing activities at heights higher than 6-feet from next lower level which exposed them to a fall hazard and such employees were not provided with training that will allow them to recognize such hazards and equipped them on how to minimize them.
