29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about 04/17/2018, at Prien Village - 710 West Prien Lake Road, Lake Charles, LA, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a towable aerial lift without wearing fall protection. The employee was painting the ceiling of a balcony on the second floor at an elevation of approximately 20 feet above the ground.
