29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 18, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards because the strain relief to the electrical power cord (240 VAC) supplying power to the change house was broken. Trinidad Drilling Limited Partnership was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1116196, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Windham H1101, 1101E Midland, TX 79707.
