29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Parking Lot, Burns Honda, Route 73 S, Evesham, NJ: On or about April 23, 2018, Colonial electrical Construction employees were working under the raised bucket of a lift truck while installing a light pole. The employees were not wearing hard hats and were thus exposed to potential overhead struck-by hazards.
