29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiii)(D): Management did not advise all contractors about flammable materials or hazardous conditions of which they may not be aware: In the asphalt manufacturing facility, the employer did not make the contractor aware of all the flammable materials in the workplace and allowed the contractor to use cutting torch for the removal process next to the flammable materials exposing the employees to fire and explosion hazards.
