On or about April 27, 2018, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. The employees were constructing a porch on a new residential home located at 3341 Robert Burns Drive, Richfield, Ohio 44286. The employees were working from a supported scaffold; the employees on top of the scaffold were working with tools and materials that could have fallen on the employees below. The employees below were not wearing protective helmets.
