OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: (a) Lumber yard, south side of building: On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not securely fastened to the floor. (b) Lumber yard, south side of building: On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that did not display a plaque designating load sizes. (c) Lumber yard, south side of building: On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not properly guarded against minor impacts.
