29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) At the site - located at 1300 E. 7th Ave. Tampa, FL 33605 the employees did not recognize the hazard while working near a leading edge that was protected by a guardrail system that was constructed in such a way that it was unable to support employees working near the edge in the event of a fall, on or about 04/09/2018.
