29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Arete QIS, L.L.C., 103 Bridge St. in Ridgeway, PA. On or about April 24, 2018, a metal outlet box was installed as a pendent and was not affixed to a support. The metal outlet box was used to supply power to work lamps at the sorting table. The outlet box was not installed or used in accordance with the listing and/or labeling instructions in that, the box is designed to be mounted.
