29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level. Location: Jobsite On or about November 21, 2017 an employee of Sole Contracting Inc. fell off the side of a steel structure while installing roof decking, and experienced a fall of approximately 23 feet and struck the payment below.

Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 15 feet to the pavement below while working on a steel deck roof where inadequate fall protection had been used.
