29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  Employees required to wear respiratory protection were exposed to health hazards associated with lead exposure.  The drawer, used for storing 3M 6800 tight-fitting full facepiece respirators and 3M tight fitting half-mask respirators, had accumulated 100.4 microgram per 100 square centimeters surface contamination of lead.
