29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: 58 Sam West Rd, Southwick, MA On April 25, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock hazards from multiple extension cords being used instead of permanent wiring to energize a mobile gantry crane, fans, a refrigerator, and multiple kerosene heaters.
