29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Southwest Airlines Cargo, 8835 Bear Rd., Orlando - employees working behind the customer service desk were exposed to a potential fire hazard, in that, the emergency exit route door is locked and requires a key to unlock. Observed on or about 4/25/2018.
