On 4/24/2018, employees from TVH Exterior LLC Company were working on the side of a commercial building located at 1317 Scenic Rivers Blvd. in Salem, MO.  Two employees were utilizing an electric drill to mix the base coat required for the side of the building.  The power cord for the drill in use had been spliced and or repaired improperly in two areas.  The employer did not ensure the electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards.
