29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(vi)(C)(8): Portable hand lamps with exposed noncurrent-carrying metal parts that could become energized were not grounded: A. On or about June 15, 2018, Bindery: At the RA3 Champion Envelope Machine, F.L. Smith Machine, R.A Rotamatic, two instances were observed where two-wire portable lights with metal shades were not grounded. 1. Attached to a cardboard box and fitted with an infrared bulb. 2. At the end of the KTI line to provide spot lighting during make ready.
