OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a slip and fall hazard while working on metal decking immediately following rain: Jobsite: Employees were directed to work on metal decking that was slippery immediately following rain. An employee slipped on the metal decking and was seriously injured when he fell approximately 15 feet to the ground below.
