29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.    a) Worksite was located at 1405 Grand Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030    Employees were exposed to fall hazards as they worked over an uncovered hole approximately forty nine inches by seventy inches that was sixty feet deep to the next lower level while installing sheetrock without the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrails.    Violation occurred on or about April 20th, 2018.    b) Worksite was located at 1405 Grand Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030    Employees were exposed to fall hazards as they worked next to an uncovered hole approximately forty nine inches by seventy inches that was sixty feet deep to the next lower level while installing panels without the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrails.    Violation occurred on or about April 20th, 2018.
