29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) Exterior of Building - 2nd Deck - Back - Right Corner: Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while engaged in framing activities , on or about 4/26/18.  b) Exterior of Building - Front Entrance: Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while using a wooden plank to enter the site, on or about 4/26/18.  c) Exterior of Building - 2nd Deck - Front - Right Corner: Employee without proper means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while engaged in framing activities , on or about 5/1/18.  d) Exterior of Building - Front Entrance: Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while using a wooden plank to enter the site, on or about 5/1/18.  There were no fall protection plans on site or in place.   RB Kraft LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260943, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/7/17, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Raymond St., Hasbrouck Heights NJ.
