29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: For any employee required to de-energize the NBE tote dump and conveyors, it was determined that inconsistency existed about authorized employee's knowledge on applicability of de-energization devices, what and when to lock out according to the work to be performed, such as daily cleaning, during changeovers, and when performing other work requiring de-energization. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
